WhatsApp registration for use of WhatsApp message

This article will guide you through the requirements and steps for registering on WhatsApp to send custom sms.

Step 1-
Documents Required: Before starting your registration process, please keep the documents and details below ready.

a) Legal Name Document: Business Registration (BR), Company Incorporation Certificate, Tax/VAT Certificate/GST
b) Address Proof Document: Bank Account Statement, Utility Bill (Phone/Electricity Bill)
c) Mobile number: You can choose to get a code for verification, hence this is required
d) Social Media Details: Facebook business id, Your brand logo and your brand message of what the company is about

Step 2-
Documents to be filled: To start the registration process for WhatsApp, please fill out the below-mentioned documents and send them to us on support@indecab.com

a) WhatsApp Onboarding form: Enter the columns that are highlighted in Yellow
b) Authorisation Letter: This is to give permission to Indecab to do the registration process on behalf of your business
c) META Terms & Conditions: Please carefully read the terms and conditions before submitting.
d) WhatsApp Terms of Use: Please read the terms and conditions carefully before submitting.


Step 3-
Indecab Support Process: Once you have signed and sent the above-mentioned documents to support@indecab.com, our team will set up a meeting with you to register your WhatsApp message templates. Please keep your Facebook admin details ready as that will be your login to the link.

Step 4-
[META](https://about.meta.com/) Approval: Once you have submitted the above-mentioned documents and registered your templates, META will verify and send an approval to start using WhatsApp for Custom SMS. Once the messages and your business is approved, your WhatsApp Custom SMS would be sent under the INDCAB header.

Tip: For sending WhatsApp Custom SMS with a Custom header, please send us any press releases, or media links of your company as there is a separate verification process to be done.
