Updates for February 2025
Every new month brings new enhancements to Indecab! So, this February, we’re rolling out updates designed to help you work smarter, faster, and more efficiently. From improved automation to powerful new tools, these updates will make managing your car rental operations even easier.
Let’s dive into what’s new!
Make duty allotments more seamless and improve your customer satisfaction! You can now allow your network associate customers to select specific drivers and vehicles for their duties. This update helps you fulfill your customer’s preferences and maintain the highest service standards.

Make your DCO allotments efficient and accurate every time by restricting allotments to certain DCOs. This ensures that only your preferred DCOs will perform duties for a specific customer, helping to maintain the quality of your service.
To use this, go to Masters - Customers - click on the customer name - EDIT - under Booking/Duties settings - under Applicable Supplier Ids (Supplier allotment would be restricted to these suppliers only)’ - select the DCO suppliers preferred for allotment- Save
Now, whenever a booking is created for the customer, during allotment to Supplier only the selected DCO names will be visible
Your employees can now view and manage bookings assigned to their branch/ dispatch center, even if the service location is in a different city.
E.g. If the Mumbai branch has been assigned to serve a customer, even if the service location belongs to a different city while creating a booking, employees from the Mumbai branch will be able to view and manage the booking.
In the above example, Branch ‘Bandra Dispatch Center’ has Mumbai set as City of Operations and the same branch is set as default for customer. While the booking for the customer is being created for service location Gurgaon, due to the branch selected, employees from the Mumbai branch will be able to see and manage booking.
Need to update the billing name on completed bookings? Now, you can do it in just one click, without the hassle of re-entering passenger details.

If a booking is rejected by your network associate, an automated rejection email will now be sent to the admin email ID to ensure better transparency and booking management.
We’ve added new export columns to give you more detailed insights on your vehicles and drivers data.

2- Ability to select preferred DCOs for a specific customer:
