1: Simpler and More Convenient OTP Delivery via Email

Passengers will now receive OTPs via email right after a duty has been allotted, reducing the chances of missed messages and saving time searching through SMS.

To enable this, go to Me - Business Settings - in the Duties/Bookings section, scroll down and tick the checkbox for Enable start duty OTP verification

2: Exports Enhanced with Additional Features


We’ve added new features in Exports to help make your data exports easier and more insightful. You can now:

Export data using multiple status filters

Include Duty sub-status for supplier-allotted duties in your exports

Include rejection reasons for duty slips in your exports

To use exports, go to Duties - click on the top right gear icon - select Export Duties - now select Customer or Date range - select a single or multiple Status - Select the fields you want to export - Click on Get Statement/View/Export

3: View Taxable and Non-taxable Items Separately in Exports
If you have both, taxable and non- taxable billing items applied to a duty, you can now view the amounts for each separately in your reports.

Go to Operations - Billing - click on the top right gear icon - select Export Invoice Duties - tick the checkbox for Chargeable Non- Taxable Billing items - Click on Export

4: Quick View Of Corporate Entity In Incoming Section

Now, you can view the customer sub-entity name easily while accepting a booking in the Incoming Duties section. Simply hover your cursor over a Company Name to quickly view the customer sub-entity and speed up your decision making process. This functionality is applicable between you and your corporate customers only.

To use this, go to Duties - Incoming - hover your cursor on the Company name in any listing - you will be able to see the sub-entity the booking has been created for.
