SMS Details

In this section, we will take you through the SMS Details section.

The SMS Details section will give you details of all the SMSs you send using Indecab and their current
status. Through this section, you can verify that all your messages sent are being received by your
customers. You can also check the number of SMSs that you will be charged for by character count in this section.

You can find this section under Operations - SMS Details.

Let’s get acquainted with the SMS Details section.

1 - Filters
When you open the SMS Details tab, you can filter by the booking ID. You can also filter the details by a
custom date range.

2 - View Totals
By clicking on view totals, you will get to know the total number of SMSs sent and the number of SMSs
charged based on the character count.

3 - Send status
This column will show you the send status of the SMS from the Indecab system. SMS marked as ‘Sent’
means that Indecab has successfully sent the SMS.

4 - Delivery status
This column will show you if the SMS has been actually delivered to the recipient's or not. It's important to keep track of the delivery status of every SMS to make sure that all SMSes are being delivered to your
customers.
