Page stuck on Loading/502 Bad Gateway

We understand the inconvenience this has caused, here are a few steps to help solve this.

Note: If the Error message says ‘Your account is no longer active, please contact support@indecab.com’ it means that your payment is due. Once you clear the same you would be able to log in.

Part 1: Check on an incognito window

Go to browser - click on the top right corner 3 dots - click on ‘New Incognito Window’ - enter app.indecab.com in search



If you are not able to access app.indecab.com on this window, here is another step you can follow


Part 2: Clear Cache

To clear cache - click on the padlock next to browser name - click on ‘Site Settings’ - Under Usage click on ‘Clear Data’ - Click on ‘Ctrl Shift R’ / Refresh Icon - Open app.indecab.com
