My Drivers

This article will take you through the My Drivers section in the Masters and how to use it.

The My Drivers section is used to enter detail and salary information of your own drivers who are
employed with you and on your payroll. To add a new driver click on 'Add driver'.








1 - Salary per month

Enter the fixed monthly salary to give to your drivers irrespective of the number of days the driver works. The amount entered here would be used to calculate the driver payroll

2 - Daily Wages

Enter the amount of money you give to your drivers per day. The amount entered here would be used to calculate the total basic payable amount to drivers in the driver payroll section. For example, if you enter 300 and the driver works for 25 days. The basic salary would be calculated as 300 x 25 = 7500

3 - Branches

Use this to limit visibility of the driver only to specific branches. Branches can be created from the
Branches Master. Click here to learn more about how to limit access to information to specific users.

4 - Daily working hours

Time selected here would be considered while calculating the driver over time (OT). If a duty starts before the start time entered and ends after the end time entered, OT would be automatically calculated for the driver and added to the payroll.

5 - Working hours

Enter the total number of working hours of a driver per day. If the total number of hours on duty crosses
the number of hours entered here. Over time would be automatically calculated and added to the payroll.



Allowances are automatically calculated based on what you enter in this section.

6 - Daily allowance

Enter an amount here if you would like to pay your drivers an allowance when they complete at least one duty in a day.

7 - Overtime per hour

Enter the amount you give your drivers for every extra hour on duty after or before working hours set
above.

8 - Outstation allowance per day

Enter an amount you give your drivers when an outstation duty is completed.

9 - Outstation overnight allowance

Enter an amount you give your driver when he/she stays overnight in an outstation duty. An outstation
overnight allowance is automatically calculated when an outstation duty is more than one day.

10 - Sunday allowance

Enter an amount you give your driver when a duty is performed on a Sunday.

11 - Early start allowance

Enter an amount you give your drivers when a duty starts before a certain time. You can set the time for
all drivers in Business Settings section.

12 - Night allowance

Enter an amount you give your drivers when a duty ends after a certain time.

13 - Extra duty allowance

Enter an amount you give your drivers when they complete multiple duties in a day. Allowances added
here would be automatically calculated for them based on the duties they do.

License information
Enter your driver's license information here. The date entered will reflect as an alert 30 days before
expiry.

Police verification
Use this to keep track of your driver's police verification details.

Files
Add and store all relevant files and documents of your driver.

Enable app logout button
Each driver can be given a login to the Indecab Go - Driver app If you check this box, driver app users
would be able to log out of the driver app. If this box is unchecked there would be no option to log out in
the driver app.

Active/Inactive
Once a driver is no longer working with you. He/she can be marked as 'In-active'. Drivers that are not
active will not be visible during allotment.
