How to use the Indecab CHAT feature

Do you find yourself still sending emails or text messages and making phone calls to your supplier?
We have built a new way to communicate with them right within Indecab!
It’s time to start CHAT.


Allot a duty to your supplier



Go to Settings icon> Chat



Send your typed message and the supplier will receive it immediately.



It’s sent! Just as simple as WhatsApp or text message, without the trouble of saving numbers.
When you receive a message it will be visible in the Duties - Needs attention section
