How to use Company Profile to set email signature
In this module, you will learn how to set your companies email signature in Indecab.
Company profiles are used to display default information on invoices and in emails.
In emails, they are used to display the Email signature. You can set-up the default company profiles or
create company profiles for your sister companies.
To set the default company signature in your company profile go to Masters - My Companies - Click on
Manage Company Profile - Click on the default company profile - enter in your email signature in the
email signature section - click save.

To set the default company profile for your primary or sister companies go to Masters - My Companies -
Go to the company you want to set the default profile for - click edit - scroll to the bottom and select the
Default Profile and click ‘Save Changes’.
Note: All emails sent by the employees associated company will have the email signature that is set-up in the company profile.
