In this module, you will learn how to use the company profile feature in Indecab.

Company profiles are used to display default information on invoices and in emails.
In invoices, they are used to display the bank account details and T&C information.

This article will take you through how to update an existing company profile and also how to create and
apply a new one.

1 - Editing an existing company profile

IMPORTANT : Making changes to an existing company profile would apply those changes to invoices
that have already been created as well.

To edit an existing company profile go to Masters - My Companies - Click on Manage company profiles
from the top right - Click on the profile that needs to be edited to open the edit option.

Once you have edited the details click save to save the changes.

2 - Creating a new company profile

Tip: It is best to create & apply a new company profile to ensure that your previous invoices remain unaffected.

To create a new company profile go to Masters - My Companies - Click on Manage Company Profiles -
Click on the blue ‘Add Company Profile’ Button.

Here you can enter the following details:

1: Name: The name of the company profile

2: Bank account: Select the bank account to be associated with this company profile. Bank accounts
can be created in Masters - Bank Accounts.

Note: the bank account selected here will be displayed on the invoice to accept payments from your customers.

3: Email Signature: This will be the email signature used for all emails sent by a company that this
company profile is associated with.

4: Invoice terms and conditions: This will be the terms and conditions displayed on the invoice when this
company profile is selected.

3 - Applying the new profile to an existing company

Once you have created a new company profile you can associate that with a new or existing company.

To add a new profile to an existing company, go to Masters - My Companies - Click on the edit option
for that company - scroll to the bottom and set the profile from the drop-down menu - click save changes.
