How to setup up passenger duty slip approval

This article will take you through steps on how to set up a process to enable your corporate’s employees to approve a duty slip as soon as it is completed.

How does it work?
The moment duty is completed and the duty slip is sent to the corporate’s account an email is triggered to the passenger's email ID. This email has the complete duty slip information, including KM, time, route map, signature and billing items. The email also has an ‘Accept’ and ‘Reject’ button.

To set this up in your Corporate account go to Me - Business Settings - Others - Network Options - Select ‘ Auto accept incoming duty slip’ - Select ‘Request passenger approval before auto accepting duty slip’ - Save Changes

Note: Make sure you are doing this in your Corporate account.



If the duty slip is not approved or rejected within 48 hours it is automatically marked as approved. Here is an example of what the email looks like,
