How to export data

Exporting data from Indecab is really simple. This article will show you how. Data exports are possible from almost all sections in Indecab.

2 - Billing (Sales Invoices)

Let's get started with duties export.

1 - Duties



There are two types of Duties export:

1 - By Duty date - Go to Duties - Export Duties: After you click on export you will get a popup that lets you select which columns you would like to export.


Tip: Use the search option to filter the data you need. You can search by anything from Customer name to vehicle number and city.

2 - By Invoice date - Go to Operations - Export Invoice Duties

Note: To export duties of a specific vehicle or all vehicles you can enter the specific vehicle name or enter all vehicles in the filter and then export.


2 - Billing (Sales Invoice)



To export invoices go to the Operations - Billing. Once you do that, click on the large gear icon and click on export invoices. Use the search option to filter your invoices by customer, booked by, passenger name or the invoice number. Invoices can be exported by invoice date or due date.



3 - Receipts



To export receipts, go to Operations - Receipts - Using the large gear icon click on export. You can select the type of receipt you would like to export(Invoice/On Account/Advance). Select the date range, columns and click export.




4 - Payment Gateway



You need to go to
Operations - Payment Gateway - Click on the large gear icon next to the New Payment Request button - Click on Export. You can select your requests through customer name, customer group and invoice number. Once you have selected the columns, click on Export.




5 - Purchase Invoices



To export purchase invoices go to the Operations - Purchase Invoice - using the large gear icon click on export invoices - select the purchase status (All/Paid/Unpaid) - select the date
range and columns required and click Export.




6 - How to export Purchase Payments?



Go to Operations - Purchase Payment - Click on the large gear icon next to the Add Purchase Payment button and select Export. You can filter your payments using Supplier Groups or Supplier Names, Select the
columns and click on Export.






7 - Petty Cash



Petty Cash is cash provided to the driver over and above his driver allowances and salary. In order to export petty cash go to Operations - Petty Cash. To the top right corner of the screen click on the large gear icon and select Export Petty Cash. You can filter entries by driver or supplier/ name. Also, you can filter through transaction types (credit/ debit). Select the necessary columns and click on Export.




8 - Fuel Expense



Go to Operations - Vehicle Expenses - Go to the gear icon towards the top right side of the screen and then click on Export Vehicle Expenses. You can filter the vehicle expenses by vehicle name or number. Also, you can filter using payment mode. Select the necessary columns and click on Export.




9 - Fuel Transaction



Go to Operations - Vehicle Expenses - Go to the gear icon towards the top right side of the screen and then click on Export Vehicle Expenses. You can filter the vehicle expenses by vehicle name or number. Also, you can filter using payment mode. Select the necessary columns and click on Export.
