How to enable and use WhatsApp for business

Enable WhatsApp messaging for seamless communication, sending messages is as simple as sending an SMS.

1- How to enable it?
Go to Me - Business Settings - Click on WhatsApp Templates - Select ‘Enable WhatsApp for business’ - Save Changes



2- How to send messages via WhatsApp?
Once the above is enabled, simply click on the tick mark of ‘WhatsApp Message’ while sending an message.



Track message delivery status by going to Operations - WhatsApp Message



3- Feature highlights of WhatsApp messaging:
We have worked on a few key features that will help you and give better control to your customers for WhatsApp communication.

Subscribe/Un-subscribe: After a WhatsApp message has been sent to your customer, they have the option to click "unsubscribe" on the first message to opt out of receiving further messages from you. However, if they later reply to the same chat after unsubscribing, they will be automatically re-subscribed to receive WhatsApp messages from you.

Auto reply: Never leave a chat unanswered, if the customer responds within 24 hours to a message sent on WhatsApp, an auto-response would be shared stating ‘This is an unmonitored chat, please contact your service provider for more information"
Intelligent messaging: Choose to send all your messages only via WhatsApp, Go to Me - Business Settings - Click on WhatsApp Templates - Select ‘ Enable intelligent messaging for business’. By doing this if a user is unsubscribed from receiving WhatsApp messages or the number is simply not registered on WhatsApp, an SMS would be sent automatically.

Setup automatically send alerts on WhatsApp for your business: Go to Me - Business Settings - Click on Others- Under Automatically send sms/whatsapp/email alerts box - select the relevant action which should trigger an automatic WhatsApp message to your customers
