How to create a duty start checklist on the Indecab Go- Driver App

This article will take you through the steps on how to create Billing Items that are required to be added by the driver to start a duty, this functionality could be used as an essential checklist for your driver or Customer.


What are Billing Items?

Please refer to this article to understand Billing Items

Step 1:
Go to Masters > Billing Items > Add Billing Item



Step 2:
Add a name in the billing item > Select column Required before starting duty - Only applicable for driver (Indecab Go App) > Submit

Example : Is your car sanitised ? By adding this as a Billing Item for 0 value, you can use it as a necessary action checklist before duty begins.




Now that you have added the ‘Billing Item’, your driver/customer will be required to add this before a duty begins. This way you can use this functionality as a checklist before a duty begins for your driver.

Open the App > Select Accepted Duty > Add Billing Items > Save.
