How to allow your customers to allot duties to specific vehicles and drivers
You can simplify your customer management and operations processes by allowing your network associate customers to choose which vehicles and drivers they want allotted for a duty.

Go to masters - customer - select your network associate customer - edit - under ‘Booking/Duties settings’ select - ‘Allow associate to select vehicle and drivers’ & ‘ Auto-accept incoming booking request’
By selecting Auto-accept incoming booking request, once a customer sends a booking request it will automatically go to Booked status and allow the customer to allot the duty to a driver and vehicle of their choice.
Note:
1- In Business settings - under Duties/Booking if you have un-ticked option ‘Allow allotment to the driver/vehicle with expired documents’ - your customer will not be able to allot the duty.
2- If ‘Auto-accept incoming booking request’ is not selected under Business settings, when customer sends a booking they will not be able to allot till the booking has been accepted by you.

Once your customer creates a booking request, the booking will be visible under Supplier Accepted to your customer. To select driver and vehicle the customer can click on the small gear icon next to the duty - select Allot Associate’s vehicle and driver - a pop up will appear for the customer to choose Vehicle and Driver.
This allotment will be visible to you and your customer through the activity log.

Once a duty is allotted, you can continue with the duty completion as normal.
Note:
For Corporates with multiple suppliers, once you have sent a booking request to a network supplier you will be able to allot duty to the supplier Vehicle and Driver at the same time.
This simplified allotment process will allow your customer to choose a driver and/or vehicle as per their preference, maintaining quality and removing the need for you to manage allotment manually.
