How to allot a vehicle from a different vehicle group to a duty

Vehicle upgrades are an industry reality and we understand that. This article will walk you through the process of allotting a vehicle from a different vehicle group than the duty has been created for.

Go to Operations - Booking, and click on the booking for which you need to make changes.




Next, use the small gear icon next to the duty for which you need to make changes and click on Re-allot.




In the pop - up, just below My vehicle, click on the search bar and scroll down. You would be able to view the vehicle group which you can simply select. Click on the vehicle you want to allot.




In case, if there is no driver allotted to the particular vehicle, you would receive an additional pop-up to assign the driver.
