Bookings

This article will give you a walkthrough of the Bookings section and how to understand its structure.

The bookings section will display all the bookings you have added as well as allow you to add new
bookings you receive from your customers. This will help you keep a record of all bookings that you
have received.

A booking can be of multiple types,

1 - Local/Airport Transfer
2 - Outstation
3 - Long duration (Monthly)
4 - Flatrate

You can create your own custom duty types from Masters - Duty Types. To learn more about the different duty types click here Duty type

A single booking of multiple days should be considered as one booking with multiple duties within it.
In this case, each day would be one duty. This type of booking would have the same duty type, vehicle
group and city for all days.

In the scenario where either city, vehicle group or duty type is different for any of the days in the booking, you can still create multiple bookings and connect them together for clarity. To learn how to create parent-child bookings click here.

After a booking is added it would be visible in the Bookings section. To view your bookings, go to

name in the filter.
