Avaliability
This article will take you through the Availability section and how to use it. The availability section gives
you a calendar view of your,
Vehicles
Drivers and
Suppliers (DCOs only)
You can find this section under Operations > Availability.
In the availability tab you will see the following options:
When you open the availability tab, you will not see any details till you select the details you want to see
from the filters bar. By clicking/typing the details of the vehicle/driver/supplier, you will see the days they
are available and the days they have bookings. You can also filter the details by a custom date range.
The days where the driver/vehicle/supplier is booked will show up in pink with the booking numbers
mentioned. To view the details of the booking/duty, simply click on the booking number and you will see
the duty details in a pop-up window as shown below.
Tip: Type ‘All drivers’, ‘All Vehicles, or ‘All Suppliers’ to view all of a specific category.
