'403 Forbidden' Error

We understand the inconvenience this has caused, here are a few steps to help solve this.

Note: If the Error message says ‘Your account is no longer active, please contact support@indecab.com’ it means that your payment is due. Once you clear the same you would be able to log in.

A) Change your network connection:
A possibility for this error to occur could be malicious activity on your network, please try to change your network connection and try to access app.indecab.com

B) Try a new device on the same network:
If you are still experiencing the same issue, please connect a new device with your network connection and try to access app.indecab.com

If you are still seeing 403 Forbidden Error please follow the steps below:

Get IP Address, browser and system version information

To get IP Address: Please visit site what is my ip address ?

To get the current browser version: go to the top right - click on the 3 dots - click on settings - click on About Chrome - Take note of the version mentioned



To get the system version for Windows: click on the start or windows button - go to settings - click About - you can see if it is a Windows 10 or higher version
