This article will take you through steps on how to stop sending SMS and Email to Booked By/Passenger/Additional Contacts of specific customers.

Step 1: Go to Masters - Customers - Select Customer - EDIT - Booking/Duties Settings - Select the column you want - SAVE

Columns:

Do not send SMS and Email to passengers of this customer
Do not send SMS and Email to this customer & it's additional contacts
Do not send SMS and Email to booked by's of this customer

Example: If you select Do not send SMS and Email to passengers of this customer, when you select Send Info > the passenger details would not be visible.

**A) Change your network connection: ** A possibility for this error to occur could be malicious activity on your network, please try to change your network connection and try to access app.indecab.com

B) Try a new device on the same network: If you are still experiencing the same issue, please connect a new device with your network connection and try to access app.indecab.com

If you are still seeing 403 Forbidden Error please follow the steps below:

Get IP Address, browser and system version information

To get IP Address: Please visit site what is my ip address ?
To get the current browser version: go to the top right - click on the 3 dots - click on settings - click on About Chrome - Take note of the version mentioned

To get the system version for Windows: click on the start or windows button - go to settings - click About - you can see if it is a Windows 10 or higher version

To clear cache - click on the padlock next to browser name - click on ‘Site Settings’ - Under Usage click on ‘Clear Data’ - Click on ‘Ctrl Shift R’ / Refresh Icon - Open app.indecab.com

Please follow the following steps to switch of battery optimization for the Indecab App on your phone: Open the Indecab app - when you see the battery optimization warning - Click on open settings - find the Indecab app - switch off battery optimization.

In case your phone does not have the settings listed in the same format/or is any of the following brands, please read below to check how you can switch off battery optimization on your phone.

For Vivo phones please follow the below two steps to switch off battery optimization:
